For those who missed out on the opening night down at the Soho Bar & Grill, Sharon Mahoney’s regular Sunday night comedy show began where it left off at Checker’s, with a feisty post hockey shootout crowd being subjected to some basic crowd control tactics.
Notable early performances from Todd Allen & Reil Hahn calmed the intoxicated pockets of belligerent buffoonery, before Byron Bertram embarked on a ruthless counter-insurgency operation of his own. The night was crowned with a sterling performance by part-time lesbian mechanic & full-time Shaolin panda, Simon King, and ended with everyone going home happy.
